Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order after it has shipped.
Returns
Customers may apply for a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If a return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not bear the return shipping fee. No restocking fee is charged.
